hi i got an error message when i try to do file_get_contents() function

Bu hata allow_url_fopen devre dışı oluşur olduğunu. Bu dosyayı kapmak veya php.ini yapılandırma değiştirmek için cURL kullanmanız gerekir.

Biri muhtemelen allow_url_fopen , fopen() ve diğerleri arasında URL engellenmiştir.
