I need a php framework to handle a specific webapp that we're building.
Actually the app will reside on people's iphones and the server backend will need to handle things like file uploads, database queries etc.

From the web standpoint there also will be a form for a file upload.
Each file uploaded will be described by some parameters and these will have to be inserted into the db.
